More than 50 new titles have been added to the Clear Lessons video library, and will be on display at stand number L8 at Learning Technologies – 31st January to 1st February at Olympia, London.

The videos star experienced leaders from a range of companies including BT Group, Barclays, Deloitte, Visa Europe and The Craft Heinz Company, sharing the secrets that have helped their business success.

The video lessons are unscripted, authentic stories of lessons learned – often the hard way – in a bid to inspire others. Like all 550+ videos in the leadership library they’re intentionally short, offering bite sized nuggets to motivate current and new leaders and managers.

Topics in the new releases include innovation, difficult conversations, listening, values and what makes for effective leadership.

Proceeds from Clear Lessons fund the Clear Lessons Foundation, enabling a free video library to be offered to staff and volunteers working in the third sector in the UK.

Martin Baker, founder and CEO of Clear Lessons, said he was excited to be unveiling the new titles at Learning Technologies: “Video isn’t the future, it’s the here and now! It’s the perfect way to share leadership knowledge and expertise,” he said. “Research reveals that leaders and managers love video, and I’m not surprised – libraries like Clear Lessons mean they can access a wide range of authentic lessons in such a short space of time, to help them face their everyday working challenges.”

You can hear Martin Baker and Laura Overton, the CEO of Towards Maturity, talking about the benefits of using video as part of a blended approach to learning and development at 1.15pm on January 31st. The free talk, entitled How Video Transforms the Way We Learn takes place in Theatre 7 on the exhibition floor at Learning Technologies, Olympia, London
